Preheat oven to 300°F.
Combine the following ingredients: 1 cup Pepitas (raw, pumpkin seed kernels), 1 cup Sunflower Seeds (raw), 1 cup Cranberries (dried, unsweetened), 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts (optional), 1-2 tbsp Chia Seeds, 1-2 tbsp Flax Seeds (ground), 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp Agave, 1 tbsp Tamari, 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted), 1 tsp Cumin, Cinnamon, and Red Pepper Flakes.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 20-30 mins, turning and spreading mixture halfway through baking until mixture is dark golden brown and smelling nice and toasty.
Cool mixture and store in an airtight container for two weeks or freeze up to three months.
