​
2 ENGLISH CUCUMBERS (WASHED/CHOPPED)
1 PINT CHERRY TOMATOES (WASHED/WHOLE OR CUT IN HALF)
1 6OZ CAN LARGE BLACK OLIVES (CUT IN HALF)
1 RED ONION (DICED)
1 8OZ BALL FRESH MOZZARELLA (CUT INTO CUBES)
1 BUNCH BASIL (CHOPPED, STEMS AND ALL)
FRESH BLACK PEPPER (TO TASTE)
BALSAMIC DRESSING (I LIKE OIL FREE FIG BY 365 ORGANIC OR OLIVE GARDEN DRESSING)

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SERVE AS A MAIN COURSE OR A SIDE.
